Koko Puzzle is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial fun. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

Please don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, and no use that breaks the law.

The Koko Puzzle name, logo, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed on our Brand page.

If you download Koko Puzzle from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. These terms are between you and us only, not Apple or Google.

Apple App Store: we grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms. We alone are responsible for the app, its content, maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Google Play: your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the app or its support.

We try to keep the game running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, as the game is free, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of game progress.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of their local law.
