When you visit the site: technical log data (shortened IP address, browser type, referrer, time) so we can deliver and secure the website.

When you play: your settings and progress are stored only on your own device. We don't receive them.

When you email us or send a data request: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

The Koko Puzzle app does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. There is no account, chat, advertising, analytics or tracking.

Your settings, best times and progress are saved only on your phone. We cannot see them.

Retention and deletion: this data stays on your phone until you delete the app, which removes it completely.

The app uses no third-party SDKs that access your data. If we ever add one, we will update this policy first, ask for your consent where required, and only use providers that protect your data to the same standard as this policy.

Running and securing the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Answering your messages and requests: legitimate interest and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We only use strictly necessary storage to remember your game settings. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Website hosting: Lovable / Cloudflare.

Processors are bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.

Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Server logs: typically up to 30 days.

Emails and requests: until resolved, plus any legally required period.

Local game data stays on your device until you delete the app or its data.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR).

Koko Puzzle is suitable for all ages and is designed with the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children’s Code) in mind: no personal data, no profiling, no location and no chat. If you are under 13 and want to contact us, please ask a parent or guardian to help.

The site uses TLS encryption and we keep access to any data tightly limited.
