How do I unlock new themes?

Themes unlock as you play. Finish puzzles to fill the unlock progress shown after each win, and the next theme opens automatically.

My progress disappeared. How do I recover it?

Progress is saved only on your device, so it can't be restored from our side. Deleting the app or clearing its data resets it. Updating the app keeps your progress.

How do I report a bug?

Email hello@kokopuzzle.com with your device model, system version, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

How do I request a feature?

We love ideas! Email hello@kokopuzzle.com and tell us what you'd like to see.

How do I delete my account or data?

Koko Puzzle has no accounts and collects no personal data. Your progress lives only on your device, and deleting the app removes it completely.
